hi, rot here with an announcement that im discontinuing roomlocked.
it was fun while it lasted but lets face it, there will be no more updates ever. dont get me wrong, i was having a great time making it! however, some parts of it were extremely rushed due to me setting up fake deadlines for myself and then sprinting to meet them, and now i cannot bear to look at some panels (they just suck so much).
ive had plans of making a soft reboot where i would redraw some panels and then continue the story as it were, but i kept procrastinating that and, quite frankly, im no longer feeling it. i never had any firm storyline in my mind, i was just making shit up as i went along and at some point my idea, inspiration, and motivation tanks for this thing all went empty.
i will still make a cover for roomlocked despite putting it back on the shelf though, the placeholder text is annoying me too much :v
but hey, look at the bright side! we got to whole 30 pages! thats way further than ive ever gotten making a comic before. heres to progress and future projects!
